Rainy Days

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to  HeartBeatCandleatl@gmail.com 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.

• Orders are shipped via USPS
• You will receive tracking information for your order
• Orders are processed and mailed out within 72 hours of purchase unless there is a holiday in observance, orders will be shipped the following day
• Please note that due to shipping delays with USPS, the delivery may be delayed
• We currently only accept orders in the United States
