A story of GOD'S GRACE

Heartbeat Candle Co, LLC came from a Vision from God.  I'd been unemployed for a year, not knowing what I was going to do. I asked God to give me a sign, after all I have a Business Degree in Marketing and my background is Accounting.  Why can't I find a job? I was waiting for anything to come through, and then Covid19 hit the USA like crazy. What am I going to do now, God?! No one is hiring, and I don't know where to look, so I just kept praying and waiting on my answer.  I'd just lit my last BBW candle, and I was like, what are you going to do once that's gone, you know you love yourself some candles, and that's when God showed me plain as day...Make your own. Huh? How am I supposed to do that with no income coming in, except to pay for bills? I'm going to help you, and I started by buying a starter kit from Hobby Lobby, and from there I was able to research, buy what I needed to test and start my own company.

 

How did I get the name?  Again, God gave me two of them. The first one was Living Water Candles, but I knew I wouldn't just be selling to a Faith Base population, and sitting on the sofa, I felt as if I could hear my heartbeat and it kept getting louder and louder. THAT'S IT, I said...Heartbeat Candle Co., one is because God is the reason I'm here, and I have two daughters who have my heart.

 

These candles are hand poured by myself, and made of Soy products only. Thinking about myself as a Lupus survivor and a niece that has Chron's, I wanted to make something that wasn't toxic to either of us, and those I would be selling to.
